Why do you love being a sitter?
I love being a sitter because caring for children genuinely brings me joy. Kids have such bright, imaginative minds, and I love being a part of their growth and development. Babysitting doesnt feel like a job to me it feels like something I was naturally meant to do. I enjoy creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment where children can thrive. Theres something really special about building trust with a child and their family, and knowing Im making a positive impact.

What experience do you have?

Ive been around childcare since I was very young. My mom used to babysit, and I would always help her out, which gave me hands-on experience early on. I come from a Hispanic household, and as the older sibling, I took care of my little sister from the time she was born since my parents worked full time. On top of that, Ive been babysitting for other families over the years, handling a variety of responsibilities like preparing meals, helping with homework, organizing playtime, and sticking to bedtime routines. Childcare has always been a big part of my life.

What skills and training do you have?

I have strong skills in communication, patience, and multitaskingall of which are essential when working with children. Im also very responsible and know how to handle situations calmly, whether its a scraped knee or a sibling disagreement. I understand the importance of safety, structure, and emotional support.
