Hi! My name is Isabel, and I am a sophomore studying engineering at the University of Southern California. This summer, I have had the rewarding opportunity to work full-time at a daycare where I managed a classroom of 1-year-olds. My days were filled with providing loving care through diaper changes, feedings, and clothing changes, while also creating engaging experiences like water play and developmental activities. I also had the joy of working with infants and toddlers across multiple classrooms, supporting children from 4 months to 3 years old.

My passion for childcare extends far beyond the daycare setting. With over 6 years of hands-on experience, I’ve babysat children of all ages since I was 13, served as a camp counselor for middle schoolers, and spent more than three years tutoring kids in STEM subjects. These diverse experiences have helped me develop exceptional patience, clear communication skills, and the ability to adapt to each child’s unique needs and personality.

What sets me apart is my genuine enthusiasm for helping children learn and grow. Whether it’s through educational support, creative play, or providing a safe, nurturing environment, I’m committed to making every moment meaningful.
