Working with children has always been my passion, and it’s a calling I’ve followed since my college days. From babysitting infants to teenagers, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the wonder and growth of young minds. Now, as a teacher for two years, I’ve had the opportunity to guide middle schoolers in English and Social Studies, as well as high school students in the areas of Health and Personal Fitness. Ive had the opportunity to babysit children ages 5 months to 7 years old, work in an autism clinic as an RBT with children ages 3-6, and teach children ages 12-18 years old.

What draws me to this work is the sheer joy children bring to the world. Their innocence, curiosity, and potential for growth are endlessly inspiring to me. Whether it’s seeing them grasp a new concept in class or watching them develop into confident individuals, every moment with them fills me with warmth and purpose. I approach my role with an open heart and mind, believing in the importance of creating a nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.

What sets me apart, I believe, is my ability to build meaningful relationships with the youth I interact with. I see each child as a unique individual deserving of respect and understanding, and I strive to create a space where they feel valued and empowered to express themselves. It’s a journey that comes with its challenges, but the rewards of seeing children flourish make it all worthwhile.
