Hello!

My name is Gina, and I am a franchise business owner for a fantastic kids program (KidStrong), a current part-time nanny, former soccer coach, current aunt extraordinaire and former preK and early childhood educator! I love working with children and am incredibly active / energetic! Id love to care for your child / children!

To expand on my experience, I was a part-time babysitter for children ages birth to 14 during the years 2008-2015. I babysat for 20+ families and also taught soccer for Lil Kickers which was incredibly rewarding. I love coming up with new ideas to introduce to kids whether they involve baking, crafts, art projects, reading books, museum visits, playgrounds, games and anything else thats engaging! I have 15+ years of experience driving children / taking them on the CTA, conducting sleep training, engaging in potty training, preparing meals, changing diapers, and more! I currently babysit for my nieces/nephews and for a few families!

A longtime business leader, I made a career change into the education industry, which I considered for many years! I sold a small company, and after having time to reflect and substitute teach many different grades in Chicago, I decided to pursue my dream of positively impacting the lives of children on a full time basis! After working in two charter school networks, I opened my business this past March of 2024!

I absolutely love working with children, and while my husband and I currently do not have any, we are working with an adoption agency in hopes that we can provide a loving home for a child / children! Otherwise, I am a proud aunt to Gianna (now 8) and Nicholas (now 6) and I enjoy taking them to zoos, parks, libraries, festivals, playgrounds, water parks and on other adventures!

Additionally, we adore our niece Aleksandra (now 13), nephew Jaromir (now 11) and niece Julia (now 5) on my husband Bretts side of the family! Uncle Brett loves to teach them how to fish, as we have a cabin in Wisconsin. Aunt Gina enjoys the activity yet isnt that great (yet) at catching fish! ;-)!

My husband and I own a townhouse in Bucktown, and I enjoy concerts, live sporting events, travelling to new cities (I just went to Bali!), comedy shows, fitness classes, pizza and nights in!

I am available weekday mornings, weeknights and weekends and would be so happy to help you with your little ones! I look forward to hopefully meeting you soon!
