Hi! I’m Rachel. I’m a life-time resident of Central PA and I’ve been in real estate and remodeling design for my first career (20 years). I’m now am transitioning to be a life/business coach (still somewhat undecided on my niche). I’m still working on my certification, as well as building a coaching business from the ground up and am looking to supplement my income as sales have slowed. I work part time as an assistant to another agent who is semi-retired so its pretty flexible most of the time.

I have my criminal background check, child abuse clearances, and the FBI has my information and fingerprints, as I do accounting for my church. I’ve worked in a daycare with nineteen 3 year old’s at a time (1 other teacher), coached kids soccer, and volunteered with youth groups, and vacation bible schools at my church. I have any number of references that you would require, both professional and personal.

I’m 40 years old and very young at heart so I relate well to children of all ages. I was athletic growing up, playing sports for Cumberland Valley, and so I’m very physically active and inclined. I love to play and watch sports and was involved in ballet, gymnastics, soccer, softball and track growing up. I’m the best aunt to 4 beautiful nieces that live in Philly and Florida. I am single and have 3 fur-babes, Reg, Rusty and JJ that really are the absolute best :)

You’re probably wondering why I would apply for this job and its because I believe children usually have a more simplistic, joyful and pure view of the world that gets lost somewhere in adulthood but I very much appreciate it. Life is way too short and serious. I deal with people going through very emotional experiences and sometimes its just nice to see the world through a child’s eyes for a short time. I’m also looking for a fair amount of flexibility in schedule, coupled with good pay and this type of work will allow for me to work around appointments and Zoom meetings.
