I love working with children because of the energy, curiosity, and creativity they bring to every situation. It’s incredibly rewarding to help them grow and learn, and to see the impact of positive guidance on their development. Being a part of their journey and watching them overcome challenges is something that inspires me daily.
I have two years of experience working with kids at West Side Community Services. My role involved creating lesson plans, leading classroom activities, and focusing on classroom management. I worked with school kids from 2 PM to 6 PM, providing a structured yet engaging environment where they could learn and thrive. My experience in classroom management ensures that every child feels safe and heard, which allows them to express themselves freely. I also bring creativity and adaptability to my teaching methods, tailoring activities to meet the diverse needs of each child.
