I have been teaching dance for 10 years now ages 4 and up, and I have babysat many of these children as well. As soon as I graduated high school I became a substitute teacher for all grade levels K-12 and would work the YMCA summer programs for grade levels K-6. I also watch and walk lots of animals (dogs, cats, hamsters, chickens, etc.) mostly via Rover. I have a passion for teaching dance in particular, but I have loved all of my work in childcare and find it incredibly fulfilling to build those relationships with families and in turn my community. I have my undergraduate degree in environmental science with a minor in biology, and I love to use everything I have learned to get the younger generation involved and educated as best as I can. I am quite energetic, I love to laugh, stay busy, and spend most of my time outdoors.
