My name is Asha Hill I am 28 years old. Ive been a babysitter for over 10 years both personally and professionally combined. I am the middle child of 11 brothers & sisters which whom Ive had the pleasure of helping raise my 4 little sisters and 2 little brothers. I have also assisted my older sister in raising her 11 year old daughter as well. I have worked with children ranging from the ages of 2-10. I enjoy bringing creative awareness to the children I am around. I promote tapping into the inner most colorful parts of our brains and souls. I enforce routine and strong values along with discipline and high expectations of self. I personally enjoy the presence of children & love to engage in ways to positively impact them. Children are our future we have to teach them well so that they can lead the way gracefully.
