I have been living in Texas since 1995. I’m from Brazil. I speak Portuguese & understand Spanish. I was an elementary school teacher in Brazil for 20 years. I graduated with a bachelor degree in Pedagogy. I’m married & I have three adult daughters. I was a stay at home mom giving me the opportunity to make sure my daughters were bilingual & literate in both English & Portuguese. During this time I participated in ESL classes & improved my English. My hobbies include exercising, listening to music, walking, & riding my bike. My experience with childcare began in Brazil where I worked teaching in Elementary school for 20 years. After a considerable amount of time in the U.S., I worked the Dassanayake family babysitting their two boys, the Porterfield family babysitting their two toddler twins, and for the Gaia’s babysitting their infant.
