Every school year year we design nine months of interesting activities using a balanced menu of the five learning domains: Language, Cognitive, Aethstedic, Social, and Physical. First and foremost, staff gets to know the children in their groups. Monthly, they get together to brainstorm bringing what they have learned of what the children know and want to know about the coming theme. Then, weekly program teams come together to design all the activities to help provide the most interesting, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
