The Carlisle Early Education Center (CEEC) was started in 1964 by the YWCA as the Carlisle Day Care Center. Since its inception the CEEC has sought to provide a pleasant and stimulating learning experience for children of working parents. CEEC is committed to quality care for young children especially those whose parents are employed or involved in work related programs.
