Hello! I have experience with children of all ages and consider myself self to simply have a way with them. Whether it be an infant to a teenager I will create a special bond with them. I have worked in private homes residential facilities public schools and nonprofit programs . I am currently about to enter my senior year at Temple university as a returning student after many years. I do workstudy with Steppingstone scholars a nonprofit working with students in underprivileged areas to ensure they continually have success and access to higher education. My end goal is to start my own nonprofit to change the language around mental health and bring more trauma informed education to Teacher so our children arent alway in trouble. or labeled as bad and can be more recognized as humans with emotions. Teaching our teachers to teach our kids new coping skills instead of simply sending them away. In turn causing more trauma. – that is the passion! But I can go on forever about this topic.
