I didnt have reliable sitters so I stood unemployed because I dont trust daycares but it kinda pushed me to be ah daycare worker for one month and it was good until covid hit and they only hired people that been with them for years. So the experience is definitely there and the understanding of reliability is there as well. Being that Im raising both my kids alone I am more then motivated to get all tasks done and Im even applying to jobs I never thought Id be good for. I have security experience.
