From high school onward, I have worked with children in a variety of rolesas babysitter, teacher, workshop instructor, and tutor. I have a 19-year-old daughter, who attends college in California, and who I home-schooled for several years. I have always loved working with children, and as a fine artist, I enjoy coming up with art projects for kids. I also like to make kids laugh, through puns, play, and silly voices. When there are problems with cooperation, I prefer to distract or redirect the child’s attention. I am happy to help with homework, and light housework.
