Hi my name is Yani and I am a 21 year old female currently residing in Harlem. I have over 7 years of childcare experience ranging between the ages of 3-12. Some of this includes after school literacy programs, working in the day care of my church, volunteering at local community centers, & ongoing childcare through family responsibility. I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the connections I’ve been able to make with the children I encounter, and cherish any opportunity that I have in order to do so. I pride myself on my ability to connect with a child while maintaining a sense of discipline to assist in overall advancement.
