Most recently had the privilege of looking after two wonderful boys,
(ages 2 and 4). Duties included; picking them up after school, taking them home and spending the afternoon and early evening with them until the parents arrived home.

Originally from Massachusetts to New York. While living in MA, I worked at a behavioral clinic/group home for children at risk of physical abuse or children that have behavioral problems. The house would generally hold 8-10 kids at a time. An average day of work included;
- Getting them ready for school
- Preparing and serving their meals
- Aiding them in their homework
- Keeping them entertained (Taking them to the park, playing games etc.)
- Settling any disputes the children might have between other clients or staff

Just recently worked as a Park Assistant in Midtown for a show called “PIp’s Island”. An interactive, immersive theatre experience for children. During the performance, I would escort the children through the show and make sure they were safe throughout the experience. The show aimed to strengthen cognitive, social and emotional development. Coming out of Pip’s Island, the children feel a sense of confidence and bravery having saved the island as well as solving riddles and achieving other goals along the way.
