I just recently moved to NYC and am looking for work while I continue to develop my career. I am a recent graduate of American University where I studied International Relations and French. I studied abroad in both France and Morocco, where I developed my French language skills and became an advanced speaker. I started to babysit right when I could start working at sixteen years old. I babysat for a number of families with kids of all ages. When I went to college at American University in Washington, DC, I worked for two well known after school programs – Kid Power and DC Reads. In these roles, I supervised a number of students and encouraged learning and their participation in program activities. I also babysat for a few families when I had free time here and there. I also worked as a part-time nanny to an 8-year-old girl for a summer in New York. When her parents were at home working, I made her lunch, played games, and drove her to do different activities!
