I am 26 year-old girl, who is experienced babysitter/nanny living in Manhattan (West Village area) looking to be hired part time or full time. I have TONS of experience nannying children ranging from ages 3 m-14 yrs. I was a summer camp counselor (at Camp Illahee in NC) for 3 summers- Was the counselor for a group of 6 year-old girls for 2 years and 12 year-olds the third year. I have volunteered at an overnight camp (Camp Trinity in NC) for children and adults with special needs for many sessions. I also spent another summer nannying for a family with four kids under the age of 7. Also, I continued to babysit during college- I would pick the kids up from school every day and help with homework. I was a Girls on the Run coach for four seasons- This organization is nonprofit dedicated to teaching girls important healthy life skills through running activities. I coached girls in 3rd to 5th grade.
I am a happy person who loves being around people and animals (I will pet sit, as well)! I love to have fun and am a little kid at heart, but I know when it’s time to put my adult shoes on. I graduated from Wake Forest University (in North Carolina) with a degree in mathematical business and a Spanish minor. I can tutor elementary school/ middle school classes as well.
