As a recent graduate from NYU who is pursuing a masters degree in Art Therapy starting this fall, all my work experience has involved art and or caregiving. I’ve babysat children from 14 months to 12 years. I also have experience in many different types of school settings, most notably in a preschool classroom with 2-year-olds and a K-8 for children with autism. I adapt well and would be a great fit for children with specific or special needs. I love making art with children for fun or with directives to engage their creativity and motor skills. Besides art I am comfortable with planning and taking children to different activities suited to their interests, cooking with or for them in the home. I’d be happy to help with schoolwork as well. I have no current references listed on this site to maintain privacy for the families I’ve worked for.
