After working in finance for 13 years, then owning a catering business with my husband , I found myself looking for partime work. I started caring for an 8 year old girl living with her divorced dad. I picked her up from school and drove her to all after school activities. I became very much more than her nanny, and did many errands and organizing for her and her dad. Made dinner on most nights when time allowed. I also catered numerous dinner parties for his business associates. I was with her until she was in eighth grade. I then started working for her mother and her new family. I planned, shopped and cooked all family dinners, brought their son to all activities and did all the transportation for his various appointments and parties. I worked for them for four years until they recently moved to California.
