Hello everyone! My name is Nell, and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I am a 20-year-old student living in downtown Manhattan! I am someone who enjoys nature, art, music, baking, reading and just enjoying myself! I attend the Fashion Institute of Technology and will be entering my bachelor’s program this upcoming fall. My school semester ends in late May so I would preferably like to start this position in June, and I do plan on staying with a family throughout the fall! Although I am a student I have worked a full-time job without any complications, therefore I am assured I will be well suited to be a full-time or part-time babysitter! Ive always loved children and working with kids! I have been babysitting infants-middle schoolers since I was 14; working as little to 2 and as long as 12 hours. At the ages of 16 and 17, I was a camp counselor and looked over 24 pre-schoolers for 8 weeks with another colleague and I learned how to take care of multiple children and navigate any issues that arose between them. I have experience working at a preschool from the ages of 16-18, where I worked with and taught infants/toddlers. I enjoy spending time with children, I appreciate being able to break into my imaginative side while still being able to care for, teach, and nurture the child! I am looking for a nanny/babysitting job that is 4/5 days a week and preferably during the day, although my schedule is very flexible and I am always able to stay late if necessary. I would love to go on day trips with your child, especially since the weather is getting nice out! If allowed, I would like to take them to parks, museums, the zoo, and more small adventures! I would like to be able to give a 2/3 week notice for any days I need off!
