My name is Mia, I am 25 years old and I am currently a masters student at NYU pursuing my MPH in Global Health. I graduated from University of Maryland 3 and a half years ago with a bachelors degree in behavioral and community health. I worked in the non profit industry the last three years, including a year in a high school and middle school where I focused on health and wellness, specifically physical activity, nutrition and mental resiliency. In high school I worked as a camp counselor for three summers and and also a babysitter for 4-5 years for three separate families. I have specially worked with a child with severe food allergies and feel comfortable using an epi pen and having medication to give out. I can cook too! I was previously certified in CPR and first aid and am open to obtaining those certifications again should it be important to you. More than anything I would like you to feel safe leaving your children with me, please feel free to ask any questions!
