Hello! My name is Marisa DeAngelis. I am a 30 year old professional living in NYC. I recently completed graduate school and am looking for part time work (evenings and weekends) to supplement my income as I pay down student loan debt. My undergraduate degree was in international relations and my graduate degree was in business.

Growing up in a large family, I took on babysitting and mother’s helper roles for as long as I can remember. My mother is an educator and taught me how to work with children and encourage their development. She also taught me how to manage a household.

I spent several summers working with children and young adults with various developmental disabilities in the NY area. I learned some basic sign language and how to use music and movement to engage. As a singer and music enthusiast, I am always open to finding ways to share this with others.

I have also been a care giver for both of my grandmothers. I have tremendous patience and compassion for others.

I am hard working, a fast learner, and willing to roll up my sleeves. I look forward to meeting you!
