I am a 26 year old actor currently based in NYC! I grew up Kansas with one younger brother, and surrounded by young kids in the theatre. I am CPR certified and comfortable with a variety of ages based on previous experience.

- Jen Sultan (2 girls: August 2014 – June 2015; terminated because family moved away)
- Aurelie Bessiere (2 boys/1 girl: May 2016 – present; boys currently 1 and 8, girl currently 6 years old)
- Megan Coberly (1 girl; Director of Education at Salina Community Theatre – supervisor for Theatre Day Camp I ran for ages 5 – 11, 19 students in total)

For both the above listed families (and my two most consistent families), I did school pickups and travel home, traveling to doctors visits or playdates with other families, organizing creative activities to occupy their time (excluding screens) and trying to incorporate music into down time. At the time I babysat for Jen Sultan, one daughter was still in diapers and transitioning to potty training, which meant changing diapers if necessary and stimulating toilet use when possible. I have accompanied Aurelie’s children to playdates, meaning safe travel to and from the play date location, participating in activities, defusing any conflict/encouraging teamwork and sharing, with all children and helping prepare any snack times available. For the theatre camp I ran under Megan Coberly, I had to create a schedule and be fully prepared to occupy the students’ time from the moment they walked in to when they were picked up at the end of our day; because this was a theatre day camp all activities were creative and included theatre games, utilizing imagination in an efficient manner, coloring pages (and choosing to adhere to regularly associated colorways or creating a different color scheme for characters they were already familiar with.) We also spoke a lot about respect for one another while supporting creative choices. Outside of these three, I have done less consistent stints for a family with a 1 year old boy who very much enjoyed physical activity (and snacks) so I monitored his physical exploration to ensure his safety and kept his snacks nutritious and parent approved. Another family I sat for had a 10 year old girl who had a friend over for a playdate, and at that age they were gearing toward more teenage activities so I had to balance supervision without hovering to ensure that their activities were safe and deemed appropriate by the parents.
