Born and raised in NYC, I recently returned after graduating from an MFA program in Fiction, where I was also a Teaching Fellow and Graduate Assistant. Before that, I worked as a Middle and High School Program Leader for a youth nonprofit in Chicago. My schedule is very flexible, as I’m currently working on freelance projects, including a series of bus-themed, family friendly short stories for the City of Roanoke. In addition to writing stories for children, I love working with kids, and I’ve been babysitting in NYC since I was in middle school.
