Hello! My name is Kailey Decker and I’m 25 years old. I grew up in a suburb of NYC called Westfield, NJ. Babysitting was my only source on income until some waitressing after my sophomore year of college, so I’m very familiar and comfortable in the role. My brother is a diabetic, so I was frequently babysitting other diabetic children in my hometown as their parent’s trusted me with their care. I’ve babysat children as young as 6 months and can handle the care of a multiple children at once.

I held a consistent babysitting job for over a year where I was tasked with the after school care of a 5th grade boy and his high school aged sister. I was responsible for helping them with homework, making snacks and driving them to appointments, practices, play dates, etc.
