I am currently a BFA dance student at the Alvin Ailey School and Fordham University Lincoln Center. I grew up near Annapolis, Maryland, and attended an Arts school in Baltimore, Maryland. Growing up in a strict dance environment coupled with a challenging academic curriculum has strengthened my will to work hard and persevere. Through this rigorous experience, I have learned time management, attention to detail, flexibility, and the importance of being on time. I also enjoy exposing myself to a variety of different people from all walks of life. I am eager to learn and I am a dependable worker with a strong work ethic. Throughout middle school and high school, I babysit for three different families. I love working with children and playing games using our imaginations! The highlight of my week has been teaching a 7 y/o ballet via zoom! Teaching her class has reminded me how much I love to work with children.
