Hi! I am a very upbeat, charismatic person and very easy to relate.
In the past 5 years I have fallen in love working with persons with disabilities. I’m a Behavior Technician/Direct Support Professional with emphasis in personal independence and life skills development.

From working one on one with younger and older clients, managing day programs with 30+ kids (9yo and up) to running group homes with young adults (going to school and getting jobs) my focus has always been in providing a way for them to be more and more independent!

I have decided to give a try to a more personal care in this area and that’s why I’m here on care. com. I would love to share more about my experiences and how much I’ve learned working with the best people I have ever met!
