Im Esther and Im 22 years old. I have 5 siblings and I absolutely love learning about children and keeping them safe, happy, and healthy. Ive been babysitting since I was 10 years old. I started out babysitting my little cousins (I have many ;) Ive Also participated in many babysitting programs in the school and community. I babysat in my free time through middle and high school. Ive also been a camp counselor at day camp for many years. After high school I went to seminary in Florida and babysat many adorable kids in Miami as a part time job. Ive had many wonderful parents and children who Ive been babysitting consistently over 6 years. I think communication, security, trust and transparency is vital between parent and sitter.
