Hiya! My name is Christina. I am a native New Yorker but have lived, worked and attended schools in different cities in America and in Europe.

After earning my bachelors in Political Science in 2013 at Haverford College, I worked in Chicago public schools supporting students ages 12-18. One of my proudest accomplishments of my time in Chicago was developing Baker College Prep high schools first after-school writing center, where students received support in the mechanics of writing and with scholarship applications. I recently completed my MSc in Social Work from the University of Bristol and while I wait to receive my degree I chose to bide my time nannying and tutoring children (ages 4+). Supporting families by caring for children is a responsibility I am deeply committed to and passionate about. When working with families, I always prioritize the well-being and best interest of children as well as their needs (as identified by parents and guardians). Most importantly I always make the time with children meaningful and fun and full of creativity!

When I am not working or writing ( just completed my masters dissertation) I like to listen to music (hip-hop, classical, and R&B), watch cartoons, go to the gym, walk around Central Park and eat!

Rate: $18/hour – $22/hour
