Hello there!! My name is Beatrice but you (and your little ones) can call me Bea, like a bumble bee. Bzz! I am a relatively new New Yorker, originally from Bethesda, MD. I have spent 7+ years working with and caring for children. I have worked extensively as a camp counselor, both day camp and sleep-away camp, as well as a babysitter. Through these experiences I have developed a real passion for the powers of play and creativity to help children grow and learn. I also spent my first year in New York city working for S.T.A.R. Theatre Company, an educational musical theatre company! I love children and the approach I take when working with and caring for them is one of empathy and creativity. I love to play games, sing songs, draw pictures, and be outside! I would love to get to know you and your children and help you with your daily routines!
