Hi! My name is Avani and I’m a rising senior in college, studying theatre. I’m here for the summer in Manhattan, with an internship at a theatre company. I’ve always had a passion and love for kids, and I hope to work at a children’s theatre one day. I’ve babysat for my neighbors growing up, as well as family members. One of my favorite past work experiences, was being a teacher at a theatre for a children’s summer camp. I taught and interacted with children of ages 4-6, created a show for them to learn and perform, as well as engaged with their parents on a daily basis. I made sure that their needs were met and most importantly, that they were having fun!! I enjoy spending my time with kids, and watching them learn about the world. I would be a great babysitter for your children, and make sure that they are happy!
