Hello hello! My name is Ari and I’m a Syracuse University graduate. I now currently work as a 2nd-grade teacher in NYC. I’ve been working with kids since I was 15 and loved it so much that I turned it into my career! I started by watching my younger sister before beginning to babysit for family friends and neighbors. Over the last few years, I have the most experience with pre-school and elementary-aged children but I love kids of all ages. I think it’s important to provide kids with a fun, fulfilling, enriching, and safe environment so because of this no two days will ever look alike! I love being creative and finding various fun and educational activities to keep kids engaged. An example of a day with me would be first learning about density by making a rainbow in a glass, then take a picnic and some fun books to the park where we can spend a couple of hours in the sun after we would come back and decompress with some coloring or a mindfulness minute! I am enthusiastic, creative, and responsible. I am also CPR certified. During the school year, I am primarily available in the evenings or weekends making me the perfect date night babysitter or tutor for homework help! During the summer I am available 7 days a week.
