Hi!! :) My name is Andie, and I am currently a senior at New York University, studying Psychology and Sociology. Since the beginning of high school, I have cared for children, pre-k/kindergarten to middle school-aged, after school and on weekends. I have experience with only-children in addition to two or three siblings, even if they are four or five years apart and different genders, and having to accommodate activities to make all children being cared for content. I am also familiar with picking up children from school in the city, and taking them home via walk and subway and then helping them with homework or simply spending time with them. I was a lifeguard for two years before college, and a summer-camp counselor for four years – as a result, I am very attentive to a child’s safety and comfort.
I also know French and Spanish, and love to care for pets and help with cleaning and cooking!
