I’ve been baby-sitting ever since I was 13 years old; I am now 22. I started off with close family members as my little sister and my cousins. When I was 15, I used to babysit for a family in the Bronx; it was a 10 years old, a one and a half years old and a 4 months old. I used to babysit them during the weekends for the entire day; and sometimes week days during late evenings. At 17, I was a part time sitter for 2 families. One of the children, I would drop off at daycare. The other child, I would pick him up and babysit him after at my house, approximately 4 hrs. I was currently employed as a Teacher Assistant; working with children of 1 1/2 to 3 years old children with autism. This was one of the best experience I’ve ever go through. I am CPR and AED certified. I obtained my Psychology Associates degree i 2017. Currently attending Hunter college to obtain my Early Childhood Education Bachelors degree. I am a fluent Spanish and English speaker. I strongly believe children are our future, therefore, I want to be a part of them through their childhood journey.
