My name is Crystile Carter, I’m 20 years old and I’ve been working with kids for 6 years. I started out doing summer youth at a daycare center, working with the infants. It was so much fun seeing a child at that age and being able to care for them was amazing. The joy in their eyes led me to continue my journey working with children. Throughout my four years of high school, I worked at my local boys and girls club as a explore counselor for children ages 5-10 years old. Engaging with them on a daily basis with homework, activities and just being a sense of guidance was the best parts of my job. I love playing activities and just providing fun for children is what makes my day. I’m very outgoing, energetic and reliable. I take working with children very seriously, however I’ve learned having fun with the children can really make their day.
Safety is also important for me, because without a safe environment the children will not be able to have fun. I’m a great learner, but most of all a great listener. I would love to continue to be a serve for the children and provide fun.
