The Infant 2 classroom did not meet minimal staff:child ratios as there were 2 staff present to 10 infants (a 3rd teacher was required) between 7:55 a.m. and 8:05 a.m. Also, at 9:30 a.m. there was 1 staff present to 5 children; at 10:57 there was 1 staff present to 6 children; and at 12:14 p.m. there was 1 staff to 7 children, in the same room, exceeding the ratios of 1:4. Between 2:50 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., there were 2 staff to 9 infants, exceeding the ratios of 1:4. |
