I was a Special Ed teacher for 30 years in Tempe. I loved working with the students and seeing their accomplishments. I worked with all levels of Special Ed and enjoyed all of them. I also went on the Tempe Sister City Exchange to Germany and enjoyed that also. About ten years ago I won the International Teacher Exchange award and was fortunate enough to be able to travel to Australia and teach one year in their Special Ed School.
