Open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. with before and after school care with bus service from 7th District Elementary School. Openings in most age groups are available.

WLCDC is dedicated to serving children and families in the Northern Baltimore County, Harford County and Southern Pennsylvania areas, who ages 6 weeks-12 years old. WLCDC strives to provide a loving, safe, high quality program, where children may grow, develop and learn. Our program offers a rich learning environment that encourages children’s natural curiosity and supports them in taking risks that lead to new development. By incorporating the latest child development theories and research for effective teaching and caring of all children, we continue to improve our practices. Intentional experiences for learning as well as responsive interactions to children’s changing interests and abilities form the foundation of our program.
