We believe that early childhood education has two goals: First, to help children function effectively within the world; Second, to help them discover the world within themselves.
To reach the first goal, we encourage children to become confident learners and to work cooperatively and responsibly. To reach the second goal, we encourage them to be self-motivated, enthusiastic about their special personal interests, and proud of their efforts, whether or not these efforts are rewarded with immediate success. To foster these goals, we focus on the development of skills in communication, cognition, creative expression, physical dexterity, and social and emotional interaction.
