Welcome to The Goddard School located in West Chester! We are Mike and Karen Trotman the on-site owners of The Goddard School located in West Chester. Our School is conveniently located by West Chester University with easy access from routes 100 202 and 52. We are proud to be Chester County’s Choice for Best Child Care of 2009. As we celebrate our 6th Anniversary at The Goddard School we continue to be committed to providing the best early childhood development experiences for the children in this community. As on-site owners we are available to our teachers and our families every day.

Our Directors Laura Simmers and Jill Matys manage our faculty and ensure that areas of growth and development are highlighted on our daily lesson plans which our faculty brings to life in appropriate and attainable ways. Children are encouraged to progress at their own pace according to their individual needs and abilities.

Our state-of-the-art custom-designed building was planned to provide a safe healthy and stimulating learning environment. We have two beautiful playgrounds that have been designed to challenge and delight your child age appropriately.

FLEX LEARNING PROGRAM
Children at The Goddard School have so much fun because play is the foundation for learning and The Goddard School takes play very seriously! The Goddard School FLEX Learning Program is designed by educational experts based on the latest research in how children learn; the program provides the optimal environment for your childs development. Our teaching teams support the nurturing and learning that children want and need where children are offered the opportunity to develop their natural curiosity and creativity and where they can develop a lifelong love of learning.

We are proud to offer this program licensed by the Department of Education to children ages three to six-years-old.

COME GROW WITH US
The Goddard School located in West Chester can make a positive difference in your child’s life. Our warm loving atmosphere features a year-round extended day program from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our program is designed to enhance the emotional social intellectual and physical development of your child from six weeks to six years of age. We also offer after-school enrichment and a summer “camp” program for children up to eight years of age.
