Barking Water Head Start

The SNCDC is dedicated to enhancing the quality and affordability of child care for all Native American families. SNCDC assists families in accessing quality child care for children while parents work, attend class, or are in training. The SNCDC is part of the Administration of Children, Youth, & Families in the DHS.
