Quincy is under the direction of Ron Caywood, Owner. The Owner/Director has a Bachelors Degree in Education, and 30+ years of experience in programs related to families and children, with Judy Bush, Center Director. The Staff of the CYC are either degreed and/or trained early childhood professionals.

- Licenses & Accreditations:
- Caywoods Youth Centers are licensed and inspected annually by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, as child care centers, serving children 6/8 weeks to 12 years of age. Annual inspections also conduced by the State Fire Marshalls Office and County Health Department. Monthly inspections conducted by a certified Nurse because we have infants & toddlers.
