Harmony Learning Center (HLC) is a fully-licensed day care center for children aged 12 months to five years of age. HLC provides an educational environment for children of all abilities to learn and grow through a variety of activities.
The curriculum at The Early Learning Institute’s centers is based upon proven approaches to help children grow socially and academically. Our programs support every young child as an active learner, with degreed staff in a structured setting.
