As a program of Emory Valley, the Early Learning Center reflects the mission of the agency in its comprehensive services to children, families, and the local communities served. The Early Learning Center (EVELC) offers family centered pre-school programming for children from 12 months to age five through a fully inclusive early learning preschool, located in Oak Ridge, TN, and through home based services across the East Tennessee area.
