First United Methodist Child Daycare & Preschool

The early years of a persons growth and development are very important. What a child learns during the first six years is vital. Interplay with other children and interaction with adults are crucial ingredients of the learning and development process. The CDC & Preschool philosophy includes sensory, social graces, and nurturing Christian faith. Our goal is not to indoctrinate children but use Christian teachings to help guide all children in their development. A daily schedule is designed to balance structure and free choice, as well as active and quiet times.
