The goal of BCC is to provide a high quality early education experience for children from birth through age 4. We also strive to serve as a model for individuals in the early learning profession.

We believe that all children, regardless of race, nationality, creed, gender, capabilities etc. are entitled to quality care and education. We understand that we are partners with parents to ensure quality care and education. As partners, parents have the right to visit children during class activities. To complete our partnership, we feel it’s important for staff to visit children in their homes in order to assist families with resources and to provide activities to share with children at home. We request that parents complete a survey about their culture, religion and language to meet these individual needs of the children.
