Congratulations! You have just found the perfect pre-school for your child! My name is Tammy Brenner and I am the director here at Childcare Network on Middle Valley Road in Hixson. We pride ourselves on maintaining a 3 star quality rating while keeping a laid back family atmosphere. I have a CDA and have been with the company for over seven years as a Teacher, Assistant Director, and now Director.
Our main goal is to make sure you feel comfortable at our school with our outstanding safety features and developmentally appropriate curriculum. We want your child to enjoy a fun, loving, learning environment. Everything in our school from the appropriate size furniture, to our front door keypad and finger print check out, is designed to ensure your child-s safety. I, as well as my entire staff, am CPR and First Aid certified. Our staff also has extensive training on SIDS, Evacuation Routines, and Playground/Classroom safety. I am certain you will feel safe at our school. If safety alone isn-t enough to ensure you this is the perfect school for your child, I know you will be blown away with our Pre-K curriculum by HighReach Learning. It provides hands on learning activities, take home art projects, and family connection components that are easy to understand. We have literacy enriched classrooms to support early reading, and classroom centers designed for developmentally appropriate learning. 90% of brain Development happens within the first five years and with our exciting and enriching learning environment, I know we are giving our children the spark they need for a bright future! We are not only a family within our school but within our community as well. We have an annual fall festival, participate in multiple charities, such as the annual food drive and toys for tots, and serve as a collaboration sight for Early Head Start with the Department of Youth and Family Development. We also let the community in with exciting events like our annual end of the year program, and fun partnerships like Soccer Shots and the local petting zoo for children to enjoy.
