The BRADFORD CHILDRENS CENTER offers a nurturing and stimulating environment to promote optimal cognitive, creative, physical, social, and emotional development. We help each child feel wanted in a secure atmosphere. Our schedule is designed with the physical, emotional, social and intellectual needs of the children in mind. We aim to develop the background of learning in all areas, develop specific skills necessary for reading and mathematics, promote standards for good citizenship, and develop the ability to work and play with others. Desirable health and safety habits are stressed. The daily program consists of many types of indoor and outdoor activities. Children have freedom for self-expression, including music and art. Readiness activities are presented. Our schedule is very flexible to allow for the adjustment and ability of all the children, and many different learning experiences are included.
