Sinai Preschool

The Sinai Preschool is licensed by the City of Chicago,the State of Illinois, and is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). It is open to children of all backgrounds, ages two to five. We offer morning and afternoon preschool classes, enrichment classes, parent/tot classes and summer camp. The curriculum is designed to foster the social, emotional, cognitive and physical development of each child. Children are introduced to Jewish holidays and traditions. Enrollment preference is given to current students, siblings, and members of the congregation.

Sinai Preschool served the Hyde Park community from the early 1950s until the Congregation moved to its present location in 1996. The Sinai Preschool reopened its doors in July, 1999. The curriculum is rich in open-ended activities for young children. Classes begin in September and are open to all children who will be age 2 by September 1st.. There are 2-day,
3-day and 5-day morning classes and 5-day afternoon classes.
